Motorola has officially launched the Razr 50 Ultra and Razr 50 globally. The Razr 50 Ultra, also known as the Motorola Razr+ (2024) in North America, features a 4.0-inch cover screen with a variable 165Hz refresh rate, and a 6.9-inch folding display. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip and comes with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM. The device also boasts a 4,000mAh battery with 45W wired and 15W wireless charging.
The Motorola Razr 50, also known as the Motorola Razr (2024) in North America, has the same inner display but a slightly smaller 3.6-inch cover screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It is powered by the newly announced Dimensity 7300X with 8GB of RAM and has a larger 4,200mAh battery with 30W wired and 15W wireless charging.
Motorola also unveiled the Moto Tag, a Bluetooth Low Energy tracker with Ultra Wideband to track your belongings using Google’s Find My Device network. The Moto Tag offers a battery life of an entire year on a single charge and is user-replaceable. It also features a multifunctional button that can be used to find your phone and as a remote camera controller.
The global Motorola Razr 50 Ultra/Motorola Razr+ (2024) is available in Midnight Blue, Spring Green, Peach Fuzz, and Hot Pink. It is on sale in Europe and select LATAM countries at €1,200 for the 12/512GB model. In the US, it will be available for pre-order on July 10 and on sale from July 24, priced $999. The global Motorola Razr 50/Motorola Razr (2024) is available in Beach Sand, Koala Grey, and Spritz Orange. It will open for pre-order on July 10, starting from $700, and will ship on July 24. The Moto tag will also be available in July. The price in the U.S. is $29.99 or $139.99 (pack of 4).
