Nvidia’s CEO, Jensen Huang, addressed the topic of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and AI hallucinations at the company’s annual GTC developer conference. AGI, often referred to as “strong AI” or “full AI”, is capable of performing a broad spectrum of cognitive tasks at or above human levels. Huang believes that if AGI is defined as a software program that can perform specific tests better than most people, we could achieve it within five years. On the topic of AI hallucinations, Huang expressed his belief that they are easily solvable by ensuring that AI’s answers are well-researched.
