Netflix has confirmed the return of the sci-fi anthology, Black Mirror, in 2025. The seventh season will consist of six episodes, including a sequel to “USS Callister” from season 4. The description reads, “Robert Daly is dead, but for the crew of the USS Callister, their problems are just beginning.” The show’s return marks a relatively brief hiatus, as season 6 premiered last year. While the new episodes’ themes are not yet known, it’s expected that recent tech stories like AI and the metaverse might provide some inspiration.
