Microsoft is killing off Android app and game support on Windows 11

Microsoft has announced the discontinuation of the Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) and the Amazon Appstore on Windows 11. The support will officially end on March 5, 2025. This means that all Android apps and games that rely on WSA will cease to function after this date. Until then, users can continue to download and use apps from the Amazon Appstore and receive technical support. Despite the termination of WSA, there are still unofficial ways to run Android apps on Windows, and Google Play Games remains available for playing Android games on PC.
