The device, which fits on your arm, provides metabolism data to a companion app. It offers insights into how dietary choices, sleep patterns, and exercise workouts affect glucose levels. The device is water-resistant and uses the Abbott FreeStyle Libre, a medical-grade CGM sensor approved by the FDA. The Ultrahuman M1 CGM is available in various bundles, with prices starting at $239 for a month (with two sensors).
