Showcased at MWS, Samsung Galaxy Ring will track your sleep and ‘vitality’

Samsung is set to add a smart ring to its ecosystem of wearable devices, called the Galaxy Ring. The ring, which comes in gold, platinum, and black, is designed to be unassuming and could pass for regular jewelry. It features sensors that track and analyze your sleep and heart health. By combining this data, the Ring will provide a “vitality score,” which gives an idea of how productive you can be on any given day. The ring also enables women to track fertility. Details about the battery life, launch date, and price are yet to be announced. The company hopes the Ring will be embraced by all Android users, not just Samsung phone owners.
