Xiaomi has officially announced the global launch of the Xiaomi 14 series, including the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The series was unveiled in China in October 2023 and is now set to debut globally on February 25, 2024, just ahead of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with an Adreno 750 GPU and up to 16GB of RAM. It is likely to ship with Android 14-based HyperOS. The handset is also likely to feature a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED 120Hz display, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and a quad rear camera unit, led by a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-900 primary sensor. Xiaomi could pack a 5,180mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless charging.
