Amazon — like SpaceX — claims the labor board is unconstitutional

Amazon, following SpaceX’s lead, has claimed that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is unconstitutional. This comes in response to the NLRB’s allegations of unfair labor practices against Amazon. The company argues that the President should have more control over the NLRB’s administrative law judges. Amazon also contends that the NLRB’s structure violates the separation of powers, as it serves as both prosecutor and adjudicator. Furthermore, Amazon believes its Seventh Amendment right to a trial by jury is violated by adjudication by the NLRB’s administrative law judges.
