Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass service grows to 34 million subscribers

Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass service now has 34 million subscribers, a 36% increase from the 25 million reported over two years ago. The new figure was revealed in an official Xbox podcast. Some Xbox exclusives are coming to the PS5 and Nintendo Switch. Despite seeing growth slow on Xbox Game Pass for consoles, Microsoft is still aiming for its ambitious goal of 100 million Xbox Game Pass subscribers by 2030. However, Microsoft’s goal isn’t to convert everyone into a Game Pass subscriber. The company is still hoping to grow Game Pass, particularly on mobile.
